Flooring Option
EPDM Track
Sunzone Epdm track are size 15mm (9mmsbr +6mm Epdm). SBRRubber Base layer are made with tyre recycled crumb which is mixed with polyurethane Binder used 15% in Base. This base layer is for cushion purpose only and Top layer is pure EPDM granules which is made with "Ethylene propylene diene monomer" with colour pigment. Granule standard size in 1-4 mm. EPDM granule have high weather and heat resistance propertiesmainly non-toxic product. which is mixed with polyurethane Binder used 20% in top layer
PU Spray Coating Track
Sunzone Spray Track provides a 13/14 mm permeable highly cost effective track system. The wearing surface is a structural spray coating consisting of a special PUR compound premixed with selected EPDM rubber granules. This system provides an economical solution for institutional, recreational, school sports and training facilities with a structured final surface.
Pre-Fabricated Track
Elongated Honeycomb Backing technology. The lower layer is composed of an elongated diamond-shaped geometric structure that can be deformed in three dimensions to provide a perfect combination of shock absorption, energy storage and energy return, facilitating the foot's natural roll. When the athlete's foot hits the surface, the air cells are compressed, absorbing the impact and converting the stored energy into the maximum amount of kinetic energy. This way, impact and vibration are minimized, movement is more efficient and the energy yield is maximized. This significantly improves athletic performance.
EPDM Sandwitch Track
Sunzone Sandwich Track is a high performance, IAAF certified, athletic track system. It is a water impermeable surface which is highly spike resistant. Sunzone track SW is an excellent choice for training as well as competition purpose. due to its structured top layer it can also easily be used when it is wet or raining.
